AI credits are the currency for every AI action on the platform. Each credit powers one action — generating an infographic, enhancing an image, creating a chart, or optimizing a layout. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over; on Lifetime plans your monthly balance still resets, but your access never expires.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and the price difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your projects and saved templates stay intact regardless of plan changes.
You can still access existing projects and make manual edits. AI-powered features become unavailable until your credits reset the following month, or you can purchase an additional credit pack to keep going immediately.
No — on Monthly and Yearly plans, unused credits expire at the end of the billing period. Additional credit packs are available if you need more in a given month.
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no questions asked. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, you're eligible for a full refund; after that, cancellation stops future billing, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
